Sprinter Health is hiring a Sprinter to bring healthcare directly to patients' homes across assigned areas. You will perform blood draws, vitals, and other preventive services, traveling between visits with the goal of comfort and accurate documentation.

Qualificações

• Strong phlebotomy skills including challenging sticks.
• Patient-facing healthcare experience as Phlebotomist, MA, LPN or LVN in home settings is preferred.
• Current BLS certification is required.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and a reliable personal vehicle are required.
• Availability Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m. and ability to start before 7:00 a.m.
• Proficiency using Apple devices and navigating apps/EMR/telehealth tools.
• Ability to meet state-specific certification or licensing requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare for daily visits by reviewing schedules, supplies, and PPE.
• Travel to patients' homes within assigned service areas.
• Perform scheduled services: blood draws, vitals, height/weight, urine collection, AWV support, and other preventive/diagnostic tasks.
• Leverage phlebotomy skills to make blood draws comfortable for patients.
• Create a warm, professional home visit experience for every patient.
• Document visits accurately using Sprinter technology.
• Label, handle, and transport specimens for lab drop-off or shipment.
• Manage time, supplies, and scheduling between patients.
