Job summary

Sprinter Health is seeking a dedicated Sprinter to bring preventive and diagnostic care directly to patients' homes. You’ll travel within your service area, performing blood draws, vitals, and wellness support using your own vehicle.

You’ll partner with the clinical team, provide a welcoming home visit experience, document visits in Sprinter’s system, and comply with safety and PPE protocols while maintaining flexibility and independence.

Qualifications

• Strong phlebotomy skills, including challenging sticks.
• Patient-facing healthcare experience in home settings is preferred.
• Current BLS certification is required.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle are needed.

Responsibilities

• Travel to patients’ homes within your assigned service area.
• Provide services including blood draws, vitals, height and weight measurements, urine collection, and support with Annual Wellness Visits.
• Document each visit using Sprinter technology.
• Label, handle, and transport specimens for lab drop off or shipment.
• Manage time, supplies, and schedule independently during the day.
