Sprinter Health is seeking a Travel Sprinter to deliver preventative and diagnostic services in home settings across multiple markets. You’ll travel to patient homes, perform blood draws, vitals, and AWV support, and document visits with Sprinter technology.

This role emphasizes independence, adaptability to new cities, and the ability to travel about 75% of the year, with company-provided lodging and equipment.

Qualifikationen

• Strong phlebotomy skills, including experience with challenging sticks.
• Patient facing healthcare experience as a Phlebotomist, MA, LPN, or LVN, with in home experience preferred.
• Current BLS certification.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Availability Monday-Friday, 7:00 a.m.-3:30 p.m.
• Ability to travel approximately 75% of the year.
• Ability to be away from home for extended periods.
• Comfort driving and navigating independently in unfamiliar cities and neighborhoods.
• Proficiency using Apple iPhones and iPads.
• Ability to meet applicable state specific certification or licensing requirements.

Aufgaben

• Travel to patients’ homes throughout your assigned market.
• Provide scheduled services including blood draws, vitals, height and weight measurements, urine collection, support with Annual Wellness Visits, and other preventative and diagnostic services.
• Use your phlebotomy skills to make blood draws as comfortable as possible for each patient.
• Document each patient visit using Sprinter technology.
• Label, handle, and transport specimens for lab drop off or shipment.
• Navigate unfamiliar cities, neighborhoods, and patient service areas independently.
• Manage your time, supplies, and schedule as you move from patient to patient throughout the day.
