Qualifications

• Phlebotomy skills with prior home health experience preferred.
• Strong patient communication and compassion.
• Ability to drive and work independently in patients' homes.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Current BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Travel to patient homes within assigned area to provide services.
• Perform blood draws, vitals, height/weight measurements, and urine collection.
• Document visits accurately using Sprinter technology.
• Maintain professional patient interactions and safety standards.
• Transport specimens safely for lab drop-off.
