Qualifications

Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable working independently and in families' homes.
Ability to drive throughout Crawford County in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

Visit families in their homes and provide individualized parenting education and support.
Assess family strengths and needs and tailor guidance accordingly.
Teach practical parenting skills related to child development and family well-being.
