Integrated Services for Behavioral Health in Fairfield, OH seeks a Help Me Grow Family Support Specialist to build long-term, trusting relationships with families, provide in-home support, and promote positive parent–child interactions. Qualifications

• Establish and maintain long-term contact with families for up to five years in alignment with the Healthy Families America model.
• Conduct home visits to strengthen parent–child bonds and family well-being.
• Deliver strength-based, family-centered interventions to promote child development and parenting skills.

Responsibilities

• Build individualized goals with families and develop action plans.
• Coordinate referrals to community resources and healthcare providers.
• Maintain timely documentation per requirements and timelines.
• Participate in program evaluation, meetings, and cross-systems trainings.
• Meet productivity and billing requirements for the program.
