Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of related delivery experience preferred.
• Must communicate clearly in English and provide compassionate service.

Responsibilities

• Safely lift, carry and maneuver equipment up to 50 lbs during deliveries and setups.
• Deliver, set up, and pick up DME and supplies at patient homes.
• Educate patients on proper equipment use and safety.
• Provide professional, courteous customer service for life-sustaining needs.
• Load/unload equipment from delivery vehicle and document activities accurately.
• Respond to emergency delivery requests when needed.
• Perform routine vehicle checks and basic equipment maintenance.
• Support additional duties as assigned.
