Job summary

A+ Communications, Security & Home Solutions is a trusted leader in low-voltage installations for residential customers, including surveillance, security and audio/video systems. This Technician Level 2 role installs and services these systems with 10% travel outside the local area.

You will support the Manager, Home Solutions with project planning, installation and service, test systems, and maintain tools and equipment while presenting a professional image to clients.

Qualifications

• Experience installing and servicing low-voltage systems for residential customers.
• Knowledge of surveillance, security, and audio/video systems.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds and access various elevations with ladder/man-lift.

Responsibilities

• Identify and manage safety hazards related to home environments and project safety guidelines.
• Assist the Manager, Home Solutions with project planning, installation and service.
• Test systems thoroughly prior to turnover to the client.
