Job summary

Options in Community Living in Madison, WI is seeking a Home Support Worker - North to join our team. This full-time role offers afternoon/evening shifts and weekend coverage to help adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities live independently.

You'll assist with meals, activities, and routines, build positive relationships, and work with a supervisor available 24/7. Valid WI driver license and insured vehicle are required.

• Flexibility to cover weekend shifts and rotating schedules.

Monday 3p-10p, Tuesday 11:45a - 10p, Wednesday 3p-10p, every 3rd Friday 3p-10p, and every 3rd Saturday 9a-2p
