Job summary

Perry Homes is seeking a Project Planner in Houston to manage new home starts, ensure submittal accuracy, and release homes on schedule to meet company goals. This role partners with Division Presidents, Construction teams, and other departments to support key processes for successful project execution.

The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of relevant experience, strong MS Office skills, and a collaborative mindset to drive on-time starts and cross-functional coordination across markets.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• 1–2 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing project schedules.
• Proficient in MS Office products (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Foster and maintain relationships with municipalities and developers.
• Process new home starts for assigned markets.
• Evaluate processing of new starts to ensure an even flow of releases.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Identify issues and implement solutions to maintain progress.
• Review NHS tools and reflect up-to-date community requirements.
