Job summary

Perry Homes, LLC is seeking a Project Planner II to lead the strategic planning and setup of new communities. You will ensure accurate submittals and timely releases of homes, working with Division Presidents, Construction teams, and other departments to support successful project execution.

You will build relationships with municipalities and developers, manage starts, review pipeline submissions, and assist in training programs to promote operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Requires 2 years of permitting or starts coordination experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Research, prepare, and set up new communities for launches.
• Maintain NHS tools like Community Matrix and Site Planner Matrix.
• Review weekly pipeline submissions from Division Presidents.
• Manage permitting processes to release homes timely.
