Job summary

Perry Homes is seeking a Project Planner to process new home starts, ensure submittals are accurate, and manage timely releases to support company goals. This role works closely with Division Presidents, Construction teams, and other departments to maintain essential processes for successful project execution.

You will foster relationships with municipalities and developers, oversee start processing for assigned markets, and analyze workflows to keep a steady flow of releases.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
  • Requires at least 1 - 2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams, managing project schedules, and ensuring successful project outcomes.
  • Demonstrated computer skills including a working knowledge of MS Office products, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
