Job summary

GutterDome, Inc. seeks dynamic Home Solutions Consultants to join our sales and marketing team. This locally operated company serves customers across North America and is renowned for value and performance in home improvement solutions.

Responsibilities include presenting our award-winning products at customers' homes, generating quotes, and closing sales. A commission-based structure offers substantial earning potential; evenings and weekends are required.

Qualifications

• Proven in-home sales experience (2+ years).
• Ability to obtain a Home Improvement Salesperson license.
• Reliable transportation with clean DMV record and valid license.
• Positive attitude with strong customer service skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Fast learner able to multi-task and work evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Participate in full life cycle lead and sales generation.
• Conduct professional presentations at customers' homes.
• Assess customer needs during visits and demonstrate products.
• Present warranties and financing options.
• Generate installation proposals and quotes.
• Log communications in CRM systems.
• Secure one-call closes at customers' homes.

Job description

Seeking dynamic and high performing Home Solutions Consultants to join our growing sales and marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity to advance with this locally operated company that services customers throughout North America and is Rated #1 Best Product for Value & Performance by a leading Consumer report testing organization.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Participate in full life cycle lead and sales generation
• Conduct a professional presentation at customer's homes
• Complete assessment of customer's needs while at their home
• Demonstrate our "Award Winning" product during an in-home sales presentation
• Present warranty and available financing options to customer
• Generate installation proposals and quotes for customers
• Actively listening to the needs of perspective customers during the sales presentation
• One call close of contracts at customer's homes
• Log all communications with customers in Jobber CRM contact database

Requirements/Skills:

• Positive attitude and insatiable desire to succeed
• Superior customer service skills
• Fast learner with an ability to multi-task
• Work well in a team environment with little direct supervision
• Detail oriented and strong work ethic
• Proficient with computer skills (Internet and Microsoft Office)

• Proven track record of successful in-home sales experience and able to "get ink" (2+ years)
• Ability to obtain a Home Improvement Salesperson license with the state

Reliable transportation with a clean DMV driving record and valid state driver's license

Benefits/Compensation:

• $50,000 - $125,000+ (based on earned commissions)
