Solutionist (Sales Consultant) – Leads Provided – $63K–$100K+

Location: Northeast Maryland
Type: Full-Time
Pay: Base + Commission (Most earn $50K–$90K+ in Year 1)

What You’ll Do

• Meet with pre-qualified homeowners (we provide most of the leads — no cold calling!)
• Proactively seek additional opportunities through referrals, networking, and community outreach
• Conduct home inspections, measure and assess needs, and educate customers on options
• Prepare clear, professional estimates on-site
• Follow up to close deals and maintain customer relationships
