Frontline Insurance is seeking a Home Solutions Administrator for its Lake Mary, FL office. This regular full-time role supports claims and policy processes, reviews repairs, and communicates with policyholders to gather information.

The ideal candidate will have a High School diploma or GED and at least one year of P&C insurance experience or training. We offer comprehensive benefits, a collaborative environment, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• One year of P&C insurance experience or training preferred.
• Undergraduate education is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Reviews repair documents uploaded to verify repairs are complete
• Certifies policy if all repairs are approved
• Removes pending non-renewal and non-renewal flag
• Notifies Underwriting to remove other pending action
• Completes Underwriting follow-up activities for repairs
• Creates an activity for the Agency
• Creates clear email for policyholder when more information is required
• Notifies Advocate if a follow-up call is needed
• Submits reimbursement requests to Accounting SharePoint spreadsheet
• Verifies status of check and requests reissue when information is missing or inaccurate
• Handles a variety of assigned tasks quickly and accurately

What we are looking for as a Home Solutions Administrator :

High School diploma or general education degree (GED); additionally, any undergraduate education desirable, minimum one-year experience and/or training in P&C Insurance; or equivalent combination of education and experience is desirable.
