Job summary

Zoom Drain is seeking a Solutions Advisor to respond to inbound leads, scope work on-site, and provide estimates with a base plus commission. No cold calling - every appointment is scheduled for you, and you enter with a warm lead.

You will run scheduled sales appointments at homes and businesses, assess plumbing needs, present options and pricing, and follow up by phone and email to close the business. This role supports the install division and targets consistent growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in plumbing, home services or construction sales preferred.
• Ability to explain options clearly and build customer confidence.
• Strong multitasking and scheduling skills.

Responsibilities

• Run scheduled sales appointments at customer homes and businesses
• Assess plumbing needs and recommend solutions
• Present options and pricing to help customers choose
• Follow up by phone and email to close sales
• Hit sales targets month over month
• Meet install crews on-site to hand off jobs
