You’ll answer inbound calls, schedule estimates, manage leads, and connect homeowners with repair and improvement services. Pay ranges from $16–$20 per hour, with part-time or full-time options, and a Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or a related customer-facing position.
• Excellent communication and phone skills.
• Comfortable asking for appointments or sales.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with CRM, scheduling software, and email.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and respond to inquiries professionally.
• Identify customer needs and propose the right service.
• Schedule estimates and jobs to keep technicians productive.
• Follow up with leads to increase booked jobs and revenue.
• Communicate pricing, appointments, and expectations clearly.
• Coordinate schedules between customers, technicians, and office staff.
• Maintain accurate customer data in the CRM.
• Help maximize opportunities from incoming leads.
