Part-time or full-time options are available, with a starting wage of $16–$20 per hour based on experience. The ideal candidate has sales and customer-service aptitude, strong phone skills, and is comfortable discussing homeowners’ needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in sales, customer service, or related role.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and respond to inquiries professionally.

• Schedule estimates and jobs, keeping technicians productive.
• Follow up with leads to increase booked jobs.
• Communicate pricing, appointments, and expectations clearly.
• Coordinate schedules between customers, techs, and office staff.
• Maintain accurate customer info and job details in CRM.
• Resolve questions and concerns toward a positive outcome.
• Maximize opportunities from leads and generate repeat business.
• Support the team in delivering service promises.
