Requirements:

• Strong work ethic, professional appearance, and demeanor
• Knowledge of trades such as Carpentry, Tiling, Painting, Drywalling, light Plumbing, and Electrical
• 8+ years of experience in home repair or commercial maintenance
• Empathy, listening skills, and customer service abilities
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and repair equipment
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record
• Physical ability to lift, bend, kneel, and perform repair tasks
• High school diploma or equivalent (technical/vocational training preferred)
• Strong communication skills

• Comfortable navigating maps within a service territory
