Responsibilities

1. Complete our award-winning company paid training to learn the skills required to operate a pest control service route and become a Pro.
2. Prepare and install home services, including attic remediation, crawlspace encapsulations, Orkin Leaf Guard, and radiant heat barriers for energy efficiency.
3. Drive a company vehicle, follow a route schedule within your territory, and ensure timely and safe arrival at each customer.
4. Interact with customers by setting project expectations and guiding them through the process to ensure satisfaction.
5. Serve as a problem solver to recommend the most efficient pest solutions tailored to each customer's needs.
6. Complete all service-related documentation using your provided hand-held device for accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• No experience required—training provided!
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
• Ability to obtain a pesticide license within 90 days (company paid).
• Ability to work independently in the field, manage routes, and interact with customers.

Work Environment

Candidates must meet physical requirements and perform duties safely, with or without accommodations:

• Use ladders within weight capacity safely.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Access crawl spaces, attics, rooftops, etc., including climbing and balancing.
• Wear PPE, including OSHA-compliant respirators when necessary.
• Work in various weather conditions.
