Responsibilities
- Complete our award-winning company paid training to learn the skills required to operate a pest control service route and become a Pro.
- Prepare and install home services, including attic remediation, crawlspace encapsulations, Orkin Leaf Guard, and radiant heat barriers for energy efficiency.
- Drive a company vehicle, follow a route schedule within your territory, and ensure timely and safe arrival at each customer.
- Interact with customers by setting project expectations and guiding them through the process to ensure satisfaction.
- Serve as a problem solver to recommend the most efficient pest solutions tailored to each customer's needs.
- Complete all service-related documentation using your provided hand-held device for accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications
- No experience required—training provided!
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
- Ability to obtain a pesticide license within 90 days (company paid).
- Ability to work independently in the field, manage routes, and interact with customers.
Work Environment
Candidates must meet physical requirements and perform duties safely, with or without accommodations:
- Use ladders within weight capacity safely.
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Access crawl spaces, attics, rooftops, etc., including climbing and balancing.
- Wear PPE, including OSHA-compliant respirators when necessary.
- Work in various weather conditions.
