Responsibilities

Where and how will you serve customers?

• Complete our award-winning company paid training and learn the skills required to operate a pest control service route as a Pro
• Prepare and install home services, including attic remediation, crawlspace encapsulations, Orkin Leaf Guard, and radiant heat barriers for energy efficiency
• Drive a company vehicle and follow a route schedule within your territory, ensuring timely and safe arrivals
• Interact with customers by setting project expectations and explaining the process to ensure satisfaction
• Serve as a problem solver to determine the most efficient pest solutions for each customer
• Complete all service-related documentation using your hand-held device for speed and accuracy

Qualifications

• No experience required—training provided!
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record required
• Ability to pass drug screening and background check required
• Ability to obtain a pesticide license within 90 days (company paid)
• Ability to work independently in the field and manage route-based assignments

Work Environment

Must meet physical requirements and safely perform duties, including:

• Using a ladder within weight capacity
• Lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Accessing crawl spaces, attics, rooftops, etc., including climbing and balancing
• Wearing PPE, sometimes including respirators
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions
