Responsibilities

Where and how will you serve customers?

• Complete our award-winning, company-paid training and learn to operate a pest control service route to become a Pro
• Prepare and install home services like attic remediation, crawlspace encapsulations, Orkin Leaf Guard, and radiant heat barriers for energy efficiency
• Drive a company vehicle and follow a route schedule within your territory, ensuring timely and safe arrivals
• Interact with customers, set project expectations, and walk them through the process for satisfaction
• Serve as a problem solver to recommend the most efficient pest solutions for each customer
• Complete all service documentation using your hand-held device for speed and accuracy

What do you need to succeed?

• No experience required—training provided!
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to obtain a pesticide license within 90 days (company paid)
• Ability to work independently in the field, manage routes, and interact with customers
• All qualified applicants will be considered per applicable laws

Work environment requirements:

• Safely use ladders within weight limits
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Access crawl spaces, attics, rooftops, etc., including climbing and balancing
• Wear PPE, including OSHA-compliant respirators
• Work in various weather conditions
