Responsibilities

1. Complete award-winning, company-paid training to learn the skills for managing pest control service routes.
2. Prepare and install home services such as attic remediation, crawlspace encapsulations, Orkin Leaf Guard, and radiant heat barriers for energy efficiency.
3. Drive a company vehicle within your territory, following a schedule to ensure timely service.
4. Interact with customers to set expectations and walk them through the process.
5. Act as a problem solver to determine the best pest solutions for customers’ needs.
6. Complete all service documentation accurately using provided handheld devices.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided.

• Valid driver’s license with a good record.
• Ability to pass drug screening and background check.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license within 90 days (company paid).
• Ability to work independently and manage routes.

Work Environment

Must meet physical requirements and perform duties safely, with or without accommodations:

• Use ladders safely within weight limits.
• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Access crawl spaces, attics, rooftops, etc., including climbing and balancing.
• Wear PPE, including OSHA-compliant respirators when needed.
• Work in various weather conditions.
