Responsibilities
  1. Complete our award-winning company paid training to learn the skills required to operate a pest control service route and become a Pro.
  2. Prepare and install home services, including attic remediation, crawlspace encapsulations, Orkin Leaf Guard, and radiant heat barriers for energy efficiency.
  3. Drive a company vehicle and follow a route schedule within your territory, ensuring timely and safe arrivals.
  4. Interact with customers by setting project expectations and walking them through the process to ensure satisfaction.
  5. Serve as a problem solver to determine the most efficient pest solutions for each customer.
  6. Complete all service-related documentation using your provided hand-held device for speed and accuracy.

Qualifications
  1. No experience required — we will train you to be a Pro!
  2. High School Diploma or equivalent.
  3. Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
  4. Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
  5. Ability to obtain a pesticide license within 90 days (company paid).
  6. Ability to work independently and manage route-based assignments.
Work Environment

Candidates must meet physical requirements and perform duties safely, with or without accommodations:

  • Use ladders within weight capacity.
  • Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Access crawl spaces, attics, and rooftops, including climbing and balancing.
  • Wear PPE, including OSHA-compliant respirators.
  • Work in various weather conditions.
