Responsibilities

1. Complete our award-winning company paid training to learn the skills for managing a pest control service route.
2. Prepare and install home services, including attic remediation, crawlspace encapsulations, Orkin Leaf Guard, and radiant heat barriers.
3. Drive a company vehicle and follow a route schedule within your territory, ensuring timely and safe arrivals.
4. Interact with customers by setting expectations and guiding them through the process to ensure satisfaction.
5. Serve as a problem solver to determine the most efficient pest solutions tailored to each customer’s needs.
6. Complete all service documentation accurately using provided handheld devices.
