Responsibilities

1. Complete our award-winning company-paid training to learn the skills required for managing a pest control service route and becoming a Pro.
2. Prepare and install home services, including attic remediation, crawlspace encapsulations, Orkin Leaf Guard, and radiant heat barriers for energy efficiency.
3. Drive a company vehicle and follow a route schedule within your territory, ensuring timely and safe arrivals.
4. Interact with customers by setting expectations and walking them through the process to ensure satisfaction.
5. Serve as a problem solver to determine the most efficient pest solutions for each customer.
6. Complete all service documentation accurately using your provided handheld device.

Qualifications
