Responsibilities
- Complete our award-winning company paid training and learn the skills required to be responsible for the daily operation of a pest control service route to become a Pro
- Prepare and install home services including attic remediation, crawlspace encapsulations, Orkin Leaf Guard, and radiant heat barrier for energy efficiency
- Drive a company vehicle and follow a route schedule within your territory, ensuring timely and safe arrival at each customer
- Interact with customers by setting project expectations and walking them through the process to ensure satisfaction
- Serve as a problem solver for your customer to decide on the most efficient pest solution for their needs
- Complete all service-related documentation using your hand-held device for speed and accuracy

Qualifications
- No experience required—training provided
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to obtain pesticide license within 90 days (company paid)
- Ability to work independently in the field and manage routes
- Qualified applicants will be considered in accordance with applicable laws
Work Environment
Must meet physical requirements and perform duties safely with or without accommodations, including:
- Using a ladder safely
- Lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Accessing crawl spaces, attics, rooftops, etc.
- Wearing PPE, including OSHA-compliant respirators
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions
