Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking entry-level installers in Fishers, IN to install, troubleshoot, and program Burglar Alarms, CCTV, DVRs, and Access Control for residential customers. You will train on ADT equipment and advance to converting older systems to newer ones.

Duties include on-site customer interaction, testing signals, training users, completing paperwork, and maintaining truck inventory while delivering top-quality service.

• Adaptive, customer‑centric attitude and ability to think on feet.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and program Burglar Alarms, CCTV, DVRs, and Access Control for residential customers.
• Convert older systems to newer systems.
• Work with window breaks, door units, and smoke detectors.
• Troubleshoot signal issues to ensure alarms function properly.
• Perform on-site customer interactions and complete necessary paperwork.
• Maintain accurate truck inventory and provide top‑quality customer service.
