Job summary

D.R. Horton, Inc. is hiring a Junior Sales Representative who will train to manage the complete sales process and communicate with customers from the first interaction through to the close of escrow.

The role involves greeting visitors, demonstrating homes, overcoming objections, and maintaining accurate transaction documentation while building rapport with buyers, realtors, and team members.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or 2 years related experience.
• Must have a vehicle, valid driver's license.
• Ability to utilize DRH Sales applications on a smart phone, tablet, or laptop.
• Proficiency with MS Office and email.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify visitors and demonstrate models/homes.
• Overcome sales objections; close for the sale and document the transaction.
• Track progress of loan, options and construction.
• Respond to customer requests for information and document cancellations.
• Maintain lot and sales files; monitor models for disclosures and supplies.
• Develop rapport with prospective customers, realtors and team members.
• Execute policies to ensure compliance with quality standards.
