Orkin is seeking a Home Sales Inspector in Daytona Beach, FL. You’ll perform comprehensive home inspections, explain pest-protection options, and build trusted relationships to protect families. The role leverages a strong sales mindset with award-winning training and a clear path to leadership.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No industry experience required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with clients.

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin’s termite protection services and make strategic recommendations.
• Perform 360 inspections from attics to crawlspaces and explain solutions.
• Listen to customer needs and clearly explain practical pest solutions.
• Win over customers with confidence and care.
• Prospect new business and follow assigned leads with provided training.
• Schedule sales appointments and meet customers in their homes to explain products.
• Inspect interior and exterior of homes and address questions, set expectations.
• Use provided iPad to prepare sales agreements and stay organized.
