Job summary

Orkin is seeking a Home Sales Inspector in Florida to protect homes and families with 360 inspections and tailored pest solutions. You’ll leverage a strong brand, award-winning training, and a company vehicle to build a career with growth potential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No Experience Required!
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid)
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with our great clients

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin’s termite protection services and how to make strategic recommendations to customers.
• Perform 360 inspections from attics to crawlspaces and everything in between to solve problems and build trusted relationships.
• Listen to needs and clearly explain practical solutions to win over customers with confidence and care.
• Prospect new business and follow up on assigned leads with a robust advertising budget for leads.
• Schedule sales appointments and meet with customers in their homes to explain Orkin’s products and services.
