Regional Homes of Opelousas is seeking motivated individuals to join our sales team, selling award-winning floor plans on new home sites in the Opelousas area. No prior sales experience required; the right attitude and work ethic are valued.

You will meet sales goals, deliver excellent customer service, and promote new business while collaborating with a team. Weekend/evening work is required; training is provided, with growth opportunities and a strong compensation mix of draw + commission

Regional Homes of Opelousas is seeking professional, motivated, and career-driven individuals to join our sales team. You'll be selling our award-winning floor plans placed on exciting new home site developments throughout the area.

Previous sales experience is not required-we're looking for the right attitude and solid work ethic. Job Responsibilities

• Meeting sales and marketing goals
• Excellent customer service skills
• Prospecting, marketing & promoting new business
• Follow up with prospects throughout the sales process
• Working & communicating effectively with team and customers
• Understanding the loan process and credit analyzation
• Ability to work weekends (both Saturday & Sunday), evenings & some holidays
