Job summary

Venture Home is hiring Solar Sales Consultants in the Pittsburgh area to build relationships with homeowners, schedule and meet with them, and close with the best combination of solar products and services. Our team focuses on education and transparent financing to help customers understand value and timing.

Work includes day-to-day outside/in-home sales with support from appointment setters, a reliable vehicle and a license are required to be considered for the position.

About The Role

We are seeking experienced, driven Solar Sales Consultants who excel at building relationships and closing deals. If you are a proven sales professional looking for a high-performance environment with a strong support system, this is the right place for you.
Our appointment setting teams will schedule qualified appointments on your calendar for you to meet with the homeowner(s) and close with the best combination of products, services, and track record in the industry.
We view the sales process in solar to be educational and we realize that it is an emotional decision for people to make the switch, so we focus on making sure that our customers understand not just how solar works, but also where the money is coming from to help pay for their project so that it doesn't seem "too good to be true".
A RELIABLE VEHICLE AND A LICENSE IS REQUIRED TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THE POSITION.
