Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell homes, advising customers and matching products to needs.
• Coordinate with sales, construction, design, mortgage and escrow teams.
• Explain sales documents and assist with escrow process.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain market knowledge.
• Develop follow-up programs to convert prospects into buyers.
