Job summary

Sleep Management, LLC d/b/a VieMed in Tallahassee, FL seeks a Home Respiratory Therapist program lead responsible for the clinical, technical and administrative functions at the location on record.

You will oversee installation and delivery of respiratory equipment, provide supplies to patients in their homes, and perform ongoing patient and equipment assessments.

Additionally, you will maintain medical records, inventory, and ensure vehicles and demographic data meet accreditation standards.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the overall clinical, technical and administrative functions at the location on record regarding the Home Respiratory Therapist program.
• Oversee installation/delivery of respiratory therapist equipment and provision of all needed supplies and products to patients in the home with ongoing assessment of patients and equipment.
• Clinical contact with the physician, referred contacts, health care practitioners, and others involved in the care of patients referred to Sleep Management, LLC d/b/a VieMed for home respiratory therapist services.
• Maintenance of records, charting, progress notes, clinical files, equipment records, preventative maintenance records, and other necessary documentation.
• Maintain accurate inventory of all Sleep Management/VieMed assets and supplies.
• Ensure that vehicle is maintained per applicable accreditation standards at all times.
• Ensure all pertinent demographic information is updated regularly and with any change in personal or professional status.
