Job summary

AdaptHealth, LLC is seeking a Respiratory Therapist to deliver high-quality, patient-centered respiratory care in home and alternate care settings. You will manage PAP, ventilator, airway clearance, and oxygen therapy, collaborating with physicians and caregivers to ensure safe transitions to home.

You will perform comprehensive assessments, document outcomes, and provide education to patients and families.

Qualifications

• Associates degree from AMA-approved respiratory program.
• CPR certification and active licensure in service states.
• Minimum one year of clinical experience in respiratory care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and manage respiratory therapies including PAP, ventilator, airway clearance, and oxygen therapy
• Conduct patient assessments, interpret findings, and provide clinician recommendations
• Set up patients, follow up, and educate to ensure confidence with equipment
• Coordinate discharges and plan transitions to home care
• Monitor progress and document outcomes
