VieMed Sleep Management in Gainesville, FL, seeks a Home Respiratory Therapist program lead to oversee clinical, technical and administrative functions at the location. You will supervise equipment installation, patient assessment, records, and inventory, while coordinating with physicians and care teams to ensure quality care.

Responsibilities include on-site training, regulatory compliance, billing support, and on-call coverage with RT colleagues.

Qualifications

Must have medical or respiratory experience.
Valid Respiratory Therapist license in the state of practice.
Strong clinical communication with physicians and care teams.

Responsabilités

Oversee Home Respiratory Therapist program operations at the location.
Install and deliver respiratory equipment and provide supplies to patients at home.
Maintain medical records, equipment logs, and reimbursement documentation.
Coordinate with physicians and care teams to ensure high-quality patient care.
Lead training for staff and oversee on-call coverage.
Ensure regulatory compliance and inventory management.
Maintain vehicle readiness and safety for service delivery.
Engage in outreach to referral sources to promote services.
Perform ongoing patient assessments and equipment checks.
