Job summary

VieMed Healthcare seeks a Home Respiratory Therapist to manage clinical, technical, and administrative aspects of the home-based program in Georgia. You will install and service respiratory equipment, provide supplies, and perform ongoing patient assessments in the home setting.

You will coordinate with physicians and care teams, maintain records, and ensure regulatory compliance. The role requires a valid RT license and ability to work in patients' homes with a collaborative, service‑oriented

Qualifications

• Medical or respiratory experience.
• Valid Respiratory Therapist license in the state where you practice.
• Ability to work in patients' homes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical, technical and administrative functions at the location for the Home Respiratory Therapist program.
• Install/deliver respiratory equipment and provide supplies for home patients.
• Maintain comprehensive patient and equipment records and documentation.
• Maintain inventory of Sleep Management/VieMed assets and supplies.
• Ensure vehicle maintenance and compliance with accreditation standards.
• Coordinate with physicians and care teams for patient care.
• Support billing processes and third‑party payer guidelines.
• Promote home respiratory therapist services to referral sources.
• Provide on‑site orientation and training for staff and technicians.
• Collaborate with RTs, PCCs and other departments to complete tasks.
• Adhere to policies, communicate effectively, and demonstrate initiative.
