The Lakes Home Care, Inc. seeks a skilled Respiratory Therapist to conduct in-home visits for patients with respiratory conditions.

You will assess, treat, and manage care plans in a home setting, delivering personalized, compassionate care to improve quality of life. Responsibilities include administering treatments such as oxygen therapy and nebulizers, educating patients and families, coordinating with physicians, and maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• Valid RT license and certification (RRT or CRT).
• Experience in home healthcare or clinical respiratory therapy preferred.
• Knowledge of respiratory diseases, treatments, and equipment.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to patients' homes.
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
• Weekend/evening flexibility as needed.

Responsabilités

• Conduct home visits to assess and monitor patients.
• Administer prescribed respiratory treatments (oxygen, nebulizers, CPAP/BiPAP).
• Educate patients and families on respiratory care and equipment.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans with physicians.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatments as needed.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Provide emergency respiratory care as necessary.
• Ensure patient safety and proper use of equipment.
