Qualifications

• Level 1 - Familiar with equipment and services provided in the home healthcare setting
• Level 2 - Minimum of two years in home healthcare
• Level 3 - Minimum of three years in home healthcare; may train others

Responsibilities

• Provides patient education as part of patient care.
• Performs complete patient assessments per policy.
• Maintains knowledge of respiratory homecare techniques and concepts.
• Follows Safety & Regulatory Manual policies (OSHA, DOT, FDA, Emergency Planning).
• Represents Lincare with professional appearance and written reports.
• Maintains patient records in compliance with accreditation standards.
• Works on-call evenings and weekends as scheduled.
