Lincare is seeking a dedicated Equipment Setup Technician to install ventilators, monitors, and CPAP units in patients' homes. You will ensure timely, professional setup and provide technical assistance as needed. This role requires strong patient interaction and adherence to safety policies.

Qualifications

• Excellent human relations to interface with doctors, other referral sources, and patients.
• Clinician authorized within the scope of practice to provide all patient care services.
• State-specific certifications and training may be required for CRTs/RRTs.

Responsibilities

• Set up highly technical equipment in patients' homes in a timely, professional manner.
• Provide technical assistance with equipment and patient education as part of care.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments and maintain accurate records per policy.
