Job summary

DASCO HME LLC is seeking a Healthcare Professional (CRT/RRT/RN/LPN) to provide clinical education and instruction for patients using home respiratory and related equipment. The role may involve delivery, setup, and ongoing care coordination in clinical and home settings.

The position requires a High School diploma or GED, professional licensure, and healthcare experience. Per diem/PRN hours are available with after-hours on-call as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Professional licensure or certification as CRT/RRT/RN/LPN.
• Six months’ experience in a clinical services role.
• Associate’s degree preferred.
• Healthcare/insurance/DME customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Educates patients and families on diagnosis, care and equipment use.
• May deliver and set up respiratory equipment per physician orders.
• Assist with care plan creation and communication with clinicians.
• Maintain knowledge of DASCO equipment and services; support branch operations as needed.
• Explain insurance benefits, coverage and patient costs to patient or caregivers.
• Comply with HIPAA, Joint Commission and state boards; maintain licensure requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned by manager.
