Responsibilities

• Educates patients and families by phone, Telehealth, or in person about diagnoses, care, and equipment use.
• Performs NIV setups and home visits as needed; participates in on-call duties.
• Maintains care plans and coordinates with physicians and clinicians to resolve patient issues.
• Keeps up-to-date on DASCO equipment, services, and regulatory requirements.
