Job summary

DASCO HME LLC is seeking an Advanced Care Team Clinician (CRT, RRT, RN) to provide clinical insight and education for home respiratory equipment and services. You will support care continuity and patient instruction across in-person visits, Telehealth, and phone follow-ups, ensuring high-quality patient outcomes.

The role requires licensure in CRT, RRT, or RN and at least six months of clinical services experience, with normal working hours and branch-site requirements in a professional office

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Professional licensure in CRT, RRT or RN.
• Six months’ clinical services experience.

Responsibilities

• Educates patients and families on diagnosis, care, and equipment use via phone, telehealth, or in-person.
• Conducts NIV follow-ups and general patient follow-ups as needed.
• Performs NIV setups and home visits; participates in on-call activities.
• Supports care plans and communicates with physicians and clinicians.
• Keeps knowledge of equipment and services current; supports daily operations.
• Explains insurance benefits and patient costs; adheres to HIPAA and regulatory standards.
• Maintains licensure/certification CEU compliance and schedules.
• Performs other duties as assigned by management.
