Job summary

Dasco HME LLC is seeking an Advanced Care Team Clinician (CRT, RRT, RN, LPN) to educate patients and caregivers on home respiratory equipment and care plans. The role includes NIV setups, home visits, telehealth or in-person education, and collaboration with physicians to ensure safe, compliant care.

The position involves branch-based hours up to 32 per week, travel to patient homes, and on-call duties as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Professional licensure or certification CRT, RRT, RN or LPN.
• Six months’ experience in a clinical services role.
• Associate’s degree or equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Educates patients/family/caregivers via phone, Telehealth or in-person.
• Completes daily tasks of general follow-up with patients and NIV follow ups.
• Performs NIV setups and home visits; participates in on-call as needed.
• Supports care continuity by creating/overseeing care plans with physicians.
• Maintains knowledge of DASCO equipment; may assist with QA and operations.
• Explains insurance benefits, coverage and patient costs.
• Maintains HIPAA, Joint Commission and state regulatory compliance.
• Maintains licensure/certification requirements including CEU compliance.
• Other duties as assigned by manager.
