Salary: $28 - $38 per hour
Potential for annual profit share + performance incentives
What You’ll Do

• Perform expert-level finished carpentry and deliver exceptional craftsmanship in every project.
• Take on tasks in other trades, including light plumbing, electrical work, and painting/patching, showcasing your versatility.
• Collaborate with teammates to adapt to shifting priorities and ensure projects are completed efficiently and on time.
• Communicate fluently and professionally with homeowners, ensuring a positive client experience.
• Use a smartphone app to manage job scopes, schedules, and GPS tracking.

What You Bring

• 10+ years of professional handyman, carpentry, or residential remodeling experience, including 2+ years of direct customer engagement.
• High-level skills in finished carpentry and proficiency in general trades (plumbing, electrical, painting/patching).
• A work truck or van and a standard set of hand and power tools.
• Residence within 40 minutes of Downtown Philadelphia.
• The ability to fluently communicate in English with homeowners.
• Comfortable using a personal smartphone to access and manage company apps for tasks, jobs, and the scope of work.
