Qualifications

• Associate's or higher degree preferred with strong sales experience.
• 2–4 years in sales, customer service, or construction-related roles preferred.
• Experience with construction plans/blueprints and product knowledge is a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint; familiarity with Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an annual business plan with sales goals and targets.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities with remodelers, contractors, and homeowners.
• Visit permit offices or review reports to find active projects in your area.
• Manage customer relationships across product application, sales, and service to ensure satisfaction.
• Promote Marvin products and other manufacturers; stay updated on industry trends.
