Vertical Works, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to oversee home construction, remodeling, and modular projects for Vertical Works, Inc. and Riemer Remodel.

The role requires frequent site visits across WI and IL, with travel from the Illinois state line west to Jefferson County and north to Ozaukee County, and may include nights and weekends to deliver an unmatched customer experience. Qualifications

• GED or high school diploma preferred.
• At least 5 years of construction project management experience in custom residential homes, modular homes, or remodeling.
• Proficient with BuilderTrend and common office software (Gmail, G-Suite, Excel, Word).

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-construction walk-through and project hand-off.
• Collaborate with architects, designers, builders, and subcontractors.
• Secure permits and manage inspections.
• Oversee projects from start to warranty service.
• Create accurate project schedules.
• Ensure on-time delivery and profitability.
• Provide regular updates via project management software and meetings.
• Manage change orders and payments.
