Vertical Works Inc. in Wisconsin is seeking an experienced Carpenter/Builder to join our Utopian Villas – Riemer Remodel team.

This full-time, year-round role covers rough framing, exterior finishes, interior finish work, and cabinetry, with opportunities to build modular homes and luxury units. The successful candidate will tackle multiple construction phases, maintain high quality, and learn new skills while meeting deadlines.

Qualifikationen

• Solid background in at least two construction phases.
• Experience with rough carpentry tasks such as framing and sheathing.
• Proficient in exterior and interior finishes including drywall, trim, and flooring.
• Committed to maintaining quality and safety on job sites.
• Willingness to learn additional construction phases.

Aufgaben

• Perform rough carpentry tasks including framing, cutting, and layout.
• Install exterior finishes: doors/windows, siding, roofing materials.
• Install interior finishes: drywall, painting, cabinetry, flooring.
• Keep shop and job sites clean and organized to meet safety standards.
• Collaborate with team and adapt to various residential projects.
