Mosaic is seeking Home Providers in Nebraska to welcome individuals with intellectual disabilities into their homes and families. You will support daily living, medical needs, and community involvement, helping recipients grow toward independence.

The role offers remote work, ongoing training, and team support, with income around $71,800 annually tax-free plus monthly housing cost contributions. You must own or rent a home and reside in specified western Nebraska counties.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 19 years old.
• Nebraska resident (state funding restriction).
• Own or rent a home, apartment, condo, or townhouse.
• Active homeowner's or renter's insurance.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current vehicle insurance.
• Internet access and basic computer skills.
• Ability to complete required screenings, background checks, and training.

Responsibilities

• Support daily living skills such as cooking, budgeting, cleaning, and decision-making.
• Assist with medication administration and medical appointments.
• Help someone build connections, participate in their community, and experience belonging.
• Provide transportation and support with daily activities as needed.
• Maintain documentation and communication with Mosaic support team.

Position Snapshot

• Location: Must reside in the following Western Nebraska counties: Banner, Box Butte, Cherry, Cheyenne, Dawes, Deuel, Garden, Keith, Kimball, Morrill, Scotts Bluff, or Sioux (Must own or rent your current home)
• Supporting: You are welcoming an individual with an intellectual disability to move into your home and live with you full-time as a part of your household and family dynamic
• Average Annual Income: Approximately $71,800 (federally tax-free) + Monthly Rent & Household Expenses Contribution
• Work from Home Opportunity
